Continux B.V. is founded in 2005.
In the last five years Continux was primarily a consulting company in the field of development, maintenance and support. The main focus was helping other companies with performance related problems or building solutions (Oracle RAC, High availability solutions).
In 2010 Continux made the decision to extend their business. The goal is to create the optimal support to customers. By combining the forces of a few good people and focusing on support contracts Continux will achieve long term satisfied customers. The main goal is to provide a customer with the best fitting solution for any problem. More news will follow soon.
Our goal is to optimize the availability of our client information systems. The availability of an information system depends on three aspects; the technique (the hardware and the possibility to react to hardware failures), human skills (the supporting organization) and the integrity of the information system (security).

Continux aims to make an optimal match of people and skills to the requests customers have for Continux.
Consultancy Services
We aim to be flexible and have time for short consultancy jobs. Consultancy jobs are mostly on a daily basis.
Project Services
For projects we use a Prince2 methodology or an Agile methodology. Examples of project services are:

- Performance Tuning/optimalisation
- Project hosting
Monitoring Services
When customers agree on a long term commitment, we can provide monitoring services. The customer can be assured that highly skilled people are available to provide support when this support is really needed.
